At Craft HQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and artisanal goods. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
